  • Fan Management is here!
    • Anyone can sign up for text alerts whenever their favorite artist has a performance
    • Fans can also sign up to receive e-mail reminders and artist newsletters
    • Artists can add fans to their lists and can send out newsletters to keep their fans aprised of news.
    • All users now have RSS feeds and viewing capabilities in Google Earth™. This allows fans to automatically get event updates in their favorite RSS reader applications or view events on Google Earth™.
  • When event planners view an artists request to perform and the artist has requested payment, a one-click link is available to send or deny payment.
  • Bug Fix: Event calendar display had problems with apostrophes in event names.
  • Performance: E-mailing logic now caches templates for faster sending.
  • Completely reworked "My Promotional Info" page. New buttons are much nicer and easier to understand.
  • The "My Info" section now has hover menus for easy, one-click access to any item.
  • Artist profile now has a "pop-out" media player so that you can listen to an artist's audio clips while navigating around the site without losing your place.
  • A message icon at the top right of the page will alert you when you have new messages.
  • Bug Fix: Slideshows were not working in Safari.

  • Completely re-modeled "My Info" section!
  • Artists can now add performances to their calendar that weren't scheduled through SplashTone.com.
  • Venue Name is now a part of every event, making event information a little clearer to visitors.
  • Event calendar control has had a makeover and has cool hovering capabilities when you move your mouse over days with events.

  • NEW FEATURE: We've added a really easy-to-use search to SplashTone. From anywhere in the site you can click "Search" at the top to search the site for just what you need.
  • A couple of Mac/Safari fixes in - including photo uploading finally!
  • Fixed a few hyperlink typos.
  • The "Plan Your Event" page for new users now auto-populates the city and state of the event based on zip code.
  • When clicking on profile images in the "My Info" section of the site, most links now open in the same window to avoid confusion.

  • Bug fix: CAPTCHA images for preventing bots from creating accounts wasn't caching 100% correctly.
  • Bug fix: Fixed an AJAX bug when signing up for an artist account in an unsupported browser.

  • NEW FEATURE: The "Events" tab now shows a landing page with our currently featured event. In addition to searching events on a map or with a grid view, you can now search event planners directly.
  • Event Planners now have a new field in the profile: Short Description. This will provide visitors with a quick snapshot of their personality.
  • Fun new icons throughout the "My Info" section of the site to make actions easier to understand.
  • Among some other tweaking around the site, event listing for artists or event planners has been greatly improved - including displaying small profile images for each performance slot.
